此流程旨在確保您的行程安排順利,感謝您的合作。
預訂:豪華轎車必須至少提前48小時預訂。

服務範圍:提供往返香港國際機場的豪華轎車接送服務、點對點接送、時租包車及跨境服務,往返於指定的目的地,除禁區外。
等待時間:預訂送機或指定時間接機 *免費等候時間為15分鐘,如需延長等候時間,需客人同意,並將從第16分鐘起按每小時港幣300元收費。
按照航班預計到達時間(ETA)接機 *免費等候時間為60分鐘,以航班實際到達時間計算。如需延長等候時間,需客人同意,並將從第61分鐘起按每小時港幣300元收費。
深夜附加費:時間由23:01至06:59期間, 所有服務將額外收取港幣150元。包括送機,時租,點對點接送及機場接機服務 (備注 : 接機服務以當時機場管理局所顯示的到港時間為準)。
中途加站:同區內中途加站 *需額外支付港幣100元起,費用以路程實際長短計算。所有中途加站的要求須在預訂車輛時提出,臨時通知司機恕不受理。
碼頭及車站收費:在中港/港澳碼頭/紅磡火車站/西九龍高鐵站內的接客區等候:額外收取服務費港幣120元。
更改服務:每次服務客人可享有一次免費更改資料的權利,之後每次更改資料將收取港幣100元行政費用,所有更改必須在預訂時間的24小時前完成。
取消服務:如需取消服務,請於服務開始前至少48小時提出通知及確認,否則所支付的費用不予退還。
客人缺席 : 如客人在服務時間未出現,所支付的費用不予退還。
車型及更換:提供服務的車型將取決於供應情況而定,我們有保留更換車輛的權利。如客人需要特定車輛類型,將收取額外費用。
服務暫停條款:在八號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告生效期間,服務將暫停,並在信號解除後的2小時內恢復服務。暫停期間,客人所支付的費用可轉為下次訂車使用或全數退款,因此公司不對所做成的任何損失負責。
行李存放條款:行李必須安全地固定在車內行李箱中。4座位轎車的行李容量為2個標準尺寸行李箱(22'' X 12'' X 30''),6人座位轎車的行李容量為4個標準尺寸行李箱(22'' X 12'' X 30'')。若客人需額外增加行李件數,我們只能在安全情況下安排,並收取每件行李額外港幣30元費用。
條款更改權利:公司保留隨時更改、延長或終止優惠及修訂條款的權利,恕不另行通知。如有任何與優惠有關的爭議,公司保留最終決定權。
Booking Process:

Reservation: Limousine bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Scope: We provide limousine services to and from Hong Kong International Airport, point-to-point transfers, hourly rate services, and cross-border services to and from designated destinations, except restricted areas.
Waiting Time: For scheduled drop-off or specified pick-up times, a free waiting period of 15 minutes is provided. If extended waiting time is required, it must be agreed upon by the customer, and a fee of HKD300 per hour will be charged starting from the 16th minute.
For pick-ups based on the flight's estimated time of arrival (ETA), a free waiting period of 60 minutes is provided, calculated from the actual arrival time of the flight. If extended waiting time is required, it must be agreed upon by the customer, and a fee of HKD300 per hour will be charged starting from the 61th minute.
Night Surcharge: From 23:01 to 06:59, an additional fee of HKD 150 will be charged. Including drop-off, hourly rental, point-to-point transfer and airport pick-up service (Note: Pick-up service is subject to Estimated time of arrival by the Airport Authority at that time).
Stopover : Stopover within the same district, an additional charge starting from HKD100 will apply. The actual cost will depend on the situation . All requests for stopover must be made at the time of vehicle booking; last-minute notifications to the driver will not be accepted.
Special Additional Charges: Waiting in the reception area inside the Central-HK/Macau ferry terminal/train station/high-speed rail station: An additional service fee of HKD120 will be charged.
Updates information: Customer are entitled to one free change of information per service. An additional service fee of HKD100 will be charged within 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellation: Fees paid will not be refunded if the booking is canceled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
No-show: Fees paid will not be refunded if the customer no show at the scheduled pick-up time.
Car Type: The availability of service is subject to the types of cars we have in stock, and we reserve the right to substitute vehicles. Additional charges may apply for specific car types requested.
Severe Weather: Services will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, and for up to 2 hours after the signals are lowered. During the suspension period, the fees paid by the customer can be used for the next booking or fully refunded. Therefore, the company is not responsible for any losses incurred.
Luggage: Luggage must be securely stowed in the enclosed luggage compartment. The luggage capacity for a 4-seater sedan is 2 standard-sized suitcases (22'' X 12'' X 30''), and for a 6-passenger vehicle, there is a total capacity of 4 standard-sized suitcases (22'' X 12'' X 30''). If the customer need to add additional luggage, we can arrange it only under safe conditions and an additional fee of HKD30 per piece of luggage will be changed.
Amendment of Terms and Rights: The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate promotions and amend terms at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes related to these promotions, the company reserves the final decision-making authority.
